1. What is Korea Box?
Korea Box is a monthly Korean cosmetics/snacks/K-Pop collectible subscription box service. K-SNACK BOX, K-BEAUTY BOX, and K-POP BOX update every month. We proudly serve brand new and unique items in KOREA BOX which you can hardly find in your local place abroad.  

2. When can I expect my box?
Your box will ship within 5-10 business days of billing/order. The expected delivery time of your first box will be noted on your Shipping Confirmation email. And your next month's box will arrive on the time around when you received the first Korea Box. For K-Pop related box, it takes about 7-13 days to produce items for customization.   
3. How much is Shipping?
It's FREE! Once you subscribe to Korea Box, no matter where you live, it's FREE.

4. When I click the "Subscribe" button, I am redirected to PayPal. What should I do?

If you have a PayPal account, please log in. If you don't, please click "Subscribe using a debit or credit card". And then please put your payment information and shipping address.

5. How do Subscriptions with Monthly Billing Cycles Work? 

Recurring payments are collected on the same day of the month. If the initial recurring payment falls on the 31st, PayPal eventually adjusts the billing cycle to the 1st of the month. If the initial recurring payment falls on the 29th or 30th, PayPal adjusts the billing cycle to the 1st of the month on the following February.

6. I want to change my shipping address.  

To change your shipping address, please email us at koreabox.contact@gmail.com with the title "CHANGE ADDRESS". To ensure immediate assistance, please use the email address associated with your plan and your new shipping address.

Or you can change on your PayPal account. Log in your PayPal account and click "Manage KOREA BOX payments" to edit your shipping address. When you change your address for the PayPal account it could not apply to the shipping address for KOREA BOX. So you should confirm that the address for KOREA BOX is updated correctly.

If the address is changed after the deadline or too close to the shipping date, we will use the old address on the account. We cannot guarantee the time of day that your local post office will make deliveries so it is important to have an address on file that can accept shipments at any time.

7. How do I Cancel?

To cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, simply email us at koreabox.contact@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCEL". To ensure immediate assistance, please use the email address associated with your plan, or provide the shipping name and details associated with the plan. You will receive a response from our team. Please note that the very first box on a Monthly Subscription is a final sale and is nonrefundable once it is processed.

8. Can I Return or Refund?

All items in Korea Box that have already been charged or shipped are final and non-refundable. Once a month has been charged, you may not cancel that shipment.

9. My package got returned to you! Can I get refunded?

If you suspect your box got returned to us, please send an email to koreabox.contact@gmail.com. When the box is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we give a partial refund or offer to reship the box. If you ask us for a refund, we deduct the initial shipping costs from the total refund. If you ask us to reship, the shipping cost would have to be paid for again by the customer. We won't be able to issue a refund for the crate until we can confirm that it's been sent back to us. We apologize for the inconvenience.
